The DCYRs are taking a break from campaigning in Virginia this weekend to volunteer on the special election in Prince George’s County.
The election is next Tuesday, October 18, so help usher in a new “Day” in PG County by volunteering this Saturday and Sunday on the District 6 special election!
Saturday: We need drivers! Please RSVP to Katie Todd at katie.a.todd@gmail.com if you have a car and are willing to drive!
The walk will start at 10:30 am at 4822 Briarcrest Ct., Bowie Md. 20720
Sunday: PLEASE RSVP TO HEATHER OLSEN of the MDYRs at hlolsen@yahoo.com to indicate whether you plan to drive or you will need a ride from the metro!
If you plan to take the metro, please meet at the New Carrolton metro at 12:30 pm on Sunday. The walk will end at 6 pm.
